Miss Ingabire Grace off to Puerto Rico to compete for the Miss World title

Miss Rwanda 2021, Ingabire Grace, heads to Puerto Rico to compete in the Miss World pageant, which will be held on December 16, 2021.

Miss Ingabire left Kigali for the city of San Juan in Puerto Rico in the afternoon of November 19, 2021.

She was accompanied to the airport by her second runner-up, Umutoni Witness, as well as previous Miss Rwanda crown winners Miss Iradukunda Elsa, Nimwiza Meghan, and Iradukunda Liliane.

Before departing Rwanda, Miss Ingabire asked Rwandans to support her so that she could excel in the Miss World 2021 competition, which brings together contestants from all over the world.

On the eve of her flight to Puerto Rico, the beauty queen was flagged off by State Minister at the Ministry of Youth and Culture, Edouard Bamporiki, who pledged to do all the Ministry can to support her push for the very first Miss World crown by a Rwandan beauty queen.

“We wish to see her representing Rwanda well and tell the world Rwanda’s true story. I told her that she must convince them that giving her the crown would be more profitable for them than her,“ he said.

Miss Ingabire has vowed that she will give it her all to win the coveted Miss World title.

She stressed the fact that she had plenty of opportunity to talk with her predecessors and that their guidance would be a boon to her performance.

She revealed that among of their advice to her included being fearless, striving to get along with others, and working to dominate each and every session she will undergo at Miss World 2021.

Toni-Ann Singh of Jamaica was the most recent winner of the Miss World contest, which is due to take place for the 70th time. She is the one who will crown the winner of this year’s competition.
