One of the major challenges around Mental Health is the lack of understanding of what it is, its detection and diagnosis and indeed how it comes about.
This has undermined efforts to tackle its growth and also presents the first lines of addressing the Mental Health challenge. It is time to break the silence around mental health and start providing patients with the care they deserve. This project is designed to raise awareness and debunk myths surrounding mental health.

While in @BugeseraDistr , I attended a cataract surgery at #Nyamata District Hospital. This is an initiative by @MissRwanda2017 to provide free operations to people in need. Since 2017, over 1,800 people were operated in several Districts under this initiative
